2. Services Provided

CareOResort offers a variety of senior recovery and spa services designed to promote wellness and relaxation. Our services include personalized therapy sessions, massage treatments, and wellness consultations.

2.1 Services

Services are provided on scheduled dates and times. Customers may request rescheduling subject to availability to accommodate personal circumstances.

2.2 Info Products

Informational products include guides and materials related to health and wellness. These products are delivered digitally and intended for personal use.

2.3 Goods

We also provide selected physical products related to wellness and recovery, available for purchase at CareOResort.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Services Refunds

Refunds for services are available if cancellations are made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days. Customers may opt to reschedule their appointment instead of receiving a refund, subject to availability.

For no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service, refunds are not provided due to the preparation and reservation of resources required.

3.2 Info Products Refunds

Due to the digital nature of info products, refunds are only available if a request is made within 14 days of purchase and the product has not been downloaded or accessed. Once the product has been accessed, refunds are not provided.

3.3 Goods Refunds

Physical goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns must be coordinated through our contact form.

4. Limitations and No-Refund Situations

Certain personalized services and treatments are non-refundable due to their nature and preparation requirements. This includes but is not limited to customized therapy sessions and packages that involve third-party providers.
